Reporting a problem
It helps a lot if you include:
- which tool you were using
- your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone)
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
Please do not email us your files unless we ask. Our tools never see your files, and we would rather keep it that way.
