This policy explains what information PDFHive (https://pdfhive.org) handles and why. The short version: your files never leave your device, we have no accounts, and we do not use tracking cookies.

Your files

Our PDF tools run inside your web browser. When you choose a file, it is read and processed on your own device. Your files and their contents are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we never see them.

Information we collect

We do not ask you for any personal information to use the tools, and there are no accounts.

• Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you.

Cookies and tracking

PDFHive does not currently use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If we add any of these in the future (for example, advertising to keep the site free), we will update this policy first, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Children

The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
